We use behavioral science, software, and an employee-centric focus to help small businesses empower and incentivize their employees to achieve their most critical metrics through gainsharing.
We envision a future where we not only build up the human capital of small businesses as they operate but also provide future investment for when owners are ready to pass on their business. Through employee ownership we will generate increased wealth for current owners and future employee owners.
Our CEO believes in shared prosperity
Celena Green founded ProsperWorks to bring shared prosperity to America, ensuring that employees succeed when their organizations succeed. Her long-term vision is for ProsperWorks to be a platform for shared prosperity, where organizations and their employees can benefit from gainsharing and where small businesses can convert to employee ownership.
Prior to founding ProsperWorks, Celena spent 20 years helping small businesses and nonprofits succeed, including running her own small business and managing public-private partnerships in the U.S. and internationally.
